Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment.

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice on all appointments scheduled.

Please turn cell phones to silent while in treatment rooms.

Please be sure to inform your service provider of any and all allergies to products, foods etc. or any medications you may be on, as they may interfere with service treatments.

Children (18 and under) who are not receiving treatments will not be allowed in the reception area unattended or in treatment rooms at any time.  We appreciate parents obtaining off site care for children who are not receiving treatments. Children will not be allowed in the reception area unattended or in treatment rooms.

All information exchanged during sessions is completely confidential.
